Warranty Policy
At WAVEDIALSMODS we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Our Commitment is to ensure customer satisfaction and trust in our brand. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and procedures for claiming warranty service.
Warranty coverage:

This waranty covers watch movements and watch functionality, manufactured by WAVEDIALSMODS and purchased from WAVEDIALSMODS or an authorized retailer.
The waranty covers:
1. Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and maintenance.
2. Parts and labor necessary to address the defects.
3. Movements stopped working and have not been exposed or touched.
Warranty period:The warranty period is 1 Year from the date of original purchase by the first consumer purchaser.
What is covered: This wwarranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the waranty period. During the warranty period, functionality will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or worknmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
What is not covered: This waranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. This includes, but is not limited to, damage resulting from abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications. (Check watch care for a proper use)
This warranty does not cover:
Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, alteration, or neglect.
Damage resulting from customer-initiated modifications or opening the watch casing.
Damage resulting from failure to follow instructions in the product manual or accompanying materials.
Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, fading, and discoloration.
Water ingress or the watch being submerged. (orders with the upgraded water resistance option are covered).
How to claim warranty:
1. Contact us: To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us at support@wavedials.com to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
2. Proof of purchase: YoU will be required to provide proof of the original purchase date with an invoice or receipt.
3. Shipping costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs to send the defective product to WAVEDIALSMODS. If the warranty claim is justified, WAVEDIALSMODS will bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacemnent product to the customer.
4. Service process: Upon receipt, WAVEDIALSMODS will inspect the product and contact you within reasonable timeframe to inform you of the status of your warranty claim.
Limitation of liability: WAVEDIALSMODS shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product or arising out of any breach of this warranty. Allimplied warranties are limited to the duration of this expressed Warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.
